We recommend using a padded bubble mailer and/or wrapping them in bubble wrap.

Once we receive your remote(s) we will unlock it, and ship it back to you within 1 business day. You will then need to go to your local Dealer/Automotive Locksmith in order to have your vehicle programmed to recognize the remote and emergency key cut to match. (Key cutting service available - See below)
After we unlock your Chrysler/Dodge Key, it allows the vehicle to be programmed to easily recognize the 'new' remote without the technician having to reset the vehicles immobilizer.
What was intricate programming now becomes quick and easy!
We can also cut the emergency key for an additional $50. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING THE KEY CODE AS WELL AS EMAILING THE FOLLOWING.

Returns and exchanges can be made at our will-call or by mail. Please call first us if you wish to return or cancel an order placed online.
Like many retailers, we guarantee our products; if an item hasn't met your expectations, you can send it back. Unlike most retailers, we also guarantee the product selection advice offered through our Web site, advertisements, and staff; if an item you've purchased based on this advice turns out to be unsuitable, you can send it back. In either case, simply return the item for exchange, refund, repair, or credit.
Items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
When exchanging items, you'll need to return the original item within 30 days to avoid being charged for both the original and exchange items.

Returning by Mail
Returned items must be sent via insured, prepaid shipping. Make sure your shipping method has some sort of tracking of your package. Make sure you include information about who you are, your order number, and details of the return/exchange in the package. Please note: we cannot accept CODs.
If you are requesting an exchange, please remember to include sufficient payment for the return postage.
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days. In most cases, we will need to refund via the same payment method. When a credit card was used, refunds must be made back to the same credit card account. Please note it may take 2-3 business days for it to display on your credit card statement.
